Temporary Water Shut-off – Tuesday, July 21

There will be a temporary water shutoff from 10am – 1pm for approximately 3 to 4 hours while repairs are made to the property’s backflow system. Please plan accordingly by storing any water you may need during this time. We will restore water service as soon as the work is completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience these necessary maintenance activities may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain the property.

2026 Annual Meeting Election Results

The Annual Meeting did not take place today as we did not achieve a quorum.  However, the election did take place as we passed the threshold of 20% of the Shareholders voting. Many thanks to our vote counters: Jim Leeds, Marianna Richardson, Angel Garafalo, and Karen Hopwood.

The results of the election for three (3) new seats on the Board are:

1st Place       Dan Francois        

2nd Place     Andrew Shapiro   

3rd Place      Gerard Fritz          

Following the election results, we thanked Donna Purdy and Allen Jones, who are leaving the Board after two years of service.  We appreciate all of their hard work.

Dan Francois, Andrew Shapiro and Gerard then joined Debbie Majcher and Monica Webster on the Board.  The Organizational Meeting began and the following Officers were elected:

Vice Pres.     Andrew Shapiro

Secretary      Debbie Majcher

Treasurer      Dan Francois

Director         Monica Webster
