Updates 2/9/25

*  On Tuesday, Feb 11 at 11:00 AM all residents are welcome to attend a brief presentation on our Concrete Restoration.   This presentation will provide you with information about the process being undertaken.

*  The Lake Mayan Owners’ Directory is now available on the website under the “Owners’ Exchange” page.

* All those with bikes stored in the common area/bike rack please make sure to register your bike ASAP.  Note: in the very near future those bikes will need to be moved to your apartment as that area will be undergoing concrete restoration!  

*  On Friday, Feb. 14, a small team will be walking parts of our grounds and building to obtain information for our state mandated SIRS – Structural Integrity Reserve Study.  This is the final piece of the SB-4D legislation that must be completed and factored into our budget.
