Dock, Walkways, Grill Patio
Significant progress has been made over the past two weeks on the Dock and surrounding areas.
All lighting fixtures have been installed, plumbing is almost complete, the backfill was brought in and the sod was laid. Sprinklers are in use twice a day ensuring that the sod roots become established and hardy. A new landscaper has been hired to mow the lawns.
A paver walkway from the north side of the pool has been laid as well as a new paver platform for the grill including a stepping-stone walk from the building to the grill patio. A new lighted flagpole was also installed. Still to come in the next several weeks will be the repair of the irrigation system as well as installation of a new entry gate and security fencing for the East End to accommodate the width of the new seawall.
