Mid-April Happenings 2023

April 11-15 will be a busy week at Lake Mayan with two significant projects being undertaken:

State mandated Milestone Inspections 

Phase I of the state mandated Milestone Inspections will be carried out with our contracted Engineering Firm – Swaysland.  Inspections will occur Tuesday, April 11through Friday, April 14 from 9:00 AM-1:00PM beginning with the top floors of our complex and proceeding to the first floor.

Please note: the firm has requested all furniture on the walkways be removed for these days.

Seawall work this week:

The crew will be levelling off the slope between the new seawall and the current lawn.  This will involve adding backfill, and then working the site to prepare it to be covered with sod by the end of the week.

Please note: The East entry/exit gate will not be available for use until the sod is established.  We also ask that all residents refrain from walking on this area until the green construction fencing has been removed.
